From the initial design of your website to final production, you will be invited to give your approval at every key stage.

I have an ambitious project but only a small budget. What do you suggest?
The websites that we create are designed to be upgradeable. You can start with a very simple structure then add to and expand this at a later date, depending on your priorities and your budget. You can add new functions or modules (newsletter, diary, photo gallery, etc.) according to a pre-agreed schedule. We will take care of the production planning and advise you of changes to your monthly payment. Simple!
How long does it take to create a website?We are committed to creating your website as quickly as possible. Production time varies according to the size and complexity of your project. We will agree on a production schedule with you, including the various stages at which you will be asked to approve the progress made.

What is a back office?If you choose a dynamic (manageable) website or e-commerce site, the back office is your content management interface. You will require a user ID and password to access this fully secure interface. All you need to do so is a computer and an Internet connection. You can then update your text and images and manage your categories, products, promotions, orders and customer accounts with ease. Our back office solutions are user-friendly, simple to manage and designed to make your life easier.

What happens once I have ordered my logo?
1 • You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and containing your user ID and password. You will then be able to access your Customer Zone. Simple, fully secure and easy to use!
2 • In addition to the answers you supply (in the associated specifications), we may also contact you for further clarification or details.
3 • We will submit three proposals, each with a different design for your logo. We will submit these proposals to you ten working days after you place your order.
4 • You will tell us which proposal your prefer.
5 • We will then make any necessary adjustments and improvements to the chosen logo. [Four working days]
6 • Once you have approved the logo, we will send you all the files you need to use it. [Two working days]
